Turning Trash into Treasure – Mugga Lane Site Open Day 2025

On Wednesday 12th March, 2025, LGI had the privilege of hosting Council leaders from across New South Wales for an open day at the Mugga Lane Resource Recovery Centre, ACT. The event was an opportunity to showcase the exciting developments on this flagship site, including a 50% increase in power generation thanks to the addition of two new 1MW generators in late 2024, and the in-progress upgrade to include a 12MW battery energy storage system (BESS).
