Biogas Capture and Abatement from Landfill Project

In 2024 LGI installed a bespoke biogas management system with an LGI enclosed biogas flaring system. Bellettes Tumut, a local waste management company which has served the Tumut community for over 35 years, benefits from this bespoke biogas management system at minimal cost.

LGI collaborates closely with Bellettes regarding the design, installation, operations, maintenance and expansion of the biogas management system, including the monitoring and reporting services provided.
